Texas State String Camp

For the past 34 years, the Texas State University String Camp has provided outstanding summer musical experiences for students 12-18 years of age. Our one-week residential summer string camp gives students the opportunity to work directly with the Texas State School of Music's world-class faculty in orchestra, chamber music, individual private lessons and a variety of electives, providing exceptional experiences for musical and personal growth. In addition to a strong musical program, students enjoy a varied schedule of recreational activities such as swimming, movies, and much more in Texas State's scenic Hill Country setting.
