DIRECTIONS
A river runs through it…our campus, that is! On the edge of the beautiful Texas Hill Country, it’s a great setting for making music.
Follow I-35 to San Marcos, and take Exit #206 (Aquarena Springs Drive/Loop 82). Go West on Aquarena Springs Drive/Loop 82. You will pass three traffic lights and cross over a railroad track. Bobcat Stadium will be on your left. You will pass another traffic light and then over the San Marcos River. At the next light turn right onto Sessom Drive, and get into the left lane.
Just before the first stoplight on Sessom, turn left onto State Street. Drive up the hill, through the access gate (the arm should be up), and down the other side of the hill. When you reach a stop sign, the School of Music will be ahead of you and slightly to the left. You may turn left toward the Pleasant Street parking garage, or look for parking along the street to your right. Street parking is also available on State Street.
PARDON OUR DUST! The area around the School of Music is in the midst of a large construction project. Please leave a few extra minutes to navigate and find parking.
PARENTS/FAMILIES: We hope you will feel free to explore the area! If you would like to drop off your student at the School of Music and remain in the area, there are several nearby activities you may enjoy.
