Online Reservation System
Online reservations may only be completed by current Texas State faculty, staff, and registered students. The reservation forms/calendar are Net ID/Password protected.
Non-Texas State affiliates must contact the Scheduling Manager by phone or email for the desired venue to determine availability/reservation paperwork (see below).

Ensemble and School of Music Concert Scheduling:
Please fill out the Request for use of the Music Building Recital Hall, PERF Recital Hall, or Evans Auditorium.
Booking Major events for the same date and time are not permitted.

Faculty and Guest Artist Recitals:
Please fill out the Request for use of the Music Building Recital Hall, PERF Recital Hall, or Evans Auditorium. Please note the number of available time slots for student degree recitals has been reduced over time for other uses. To ensure adequate availability of times for student degree recitals in the critical periods of the semester after November 1st and April 1st, teaching studios will be approved for a limit of one studio recital only using an available student-recital slot. Studios needing more time may request alternate time outside standard recital times but availability is not guaranteed.

Student Recitals:

Only degree required recitals may request the PERF Recital Hall.
