• MU 5322 Instrumental Techniques and Materials (for Instrumental Music emphasis)
• MU 5323 Vocal Music Education Methods (for Choral Music emphasis)
• Independent Study MU 5317 or MU 5313 (for General Music Emphasis)
• MU 5326 Research in Music Education II (with Final Music Education Project)
NOTE: The Final Music Education Project is usually part of the Music Ed
Research II course. If this course is not taken as part of this elective, the Final
Music Education Project must be completed as part of one other course taken by
the student – to be approved by the music education faculty.
