His company, Music Masters Piano Service, has been providing piano tuning, repair, and warranty service for individual and commercial clients in Austin since 1989. His commercial clients have included Bismeaux Recording Studio, Eddie V's, Larry Seyer Productions, Mollberg and Associates, Paramount Theatre, Sullivan's Ringside, Texas Union, The Elephant Room, The University of Texas, Wire Recordings Studio, and Zachary Scott Theatre.

Brian is a registered Piano Technicians with the Piano technicians Guild, and is a member of the National Guild of Piano teachers and the Austin District Music teachers Association. He has a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from the University of Louisville and is an active private piano teacher in Austin.
